Step 2: Role-Specific Training

Role-specific training is completed after general onboarding and is only required for certain volunteer roles. These courses are for volunteers and professionals training in: Peer Mentorship and / or Group Facilitation

If you were invited to role-specific training, you should already have completed general onboarding. If you do not see your role listed here, you may not require additional training at this time.

Role-Specific Training: 1:1 Peer Support

This training has been created by the Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support Centre (PILSC) to support our 1:1 Peer Support Volunteers. At PILSC, we believe that no one should have to navigate pregnancy loss, infant loss, or infertility alone. We believe in the power of peer mentorship, in the deep value of shared experience, compassionate listening, and meaningful connection.
